This series of precision recoil springs for the CZ P-01 is engineered to let shooters fine-tune slide cycling speed, sight re-alignment, and felt recoil according to their specific ammunition loads.
Offered in precise weight ratings of 11, 12, 13, and 14 lbs, these springs provide complete control over frame shock and cycling velocity. For baseline tuning reference, the factory OEM recoil spring rating is approximately 14 lbs.
Lighter ratings (11-12 lbs) lower slide racking resistance and speed up cycle times with lighter target ammunition, keeping the muzzle flatter during rapid fire. Higher ratings (13-14 lbs) cater to standard/duty loads or shooters seeking increased frame cushioning during heavy cycling.
