Installation Note: Not compatible with slim handguards; fits standard-diameter handguards only. Professional installation by specialized personnel is highly recommended. Requires 2mm and 2.5mm Allen keys and high-strength threadlocker for the bottom securing screws. Tuning is performed by opening the adjustment screw 1/4 turn at a time until spent casings eject consistently at approximately 1.5 meters from the rifle, then securing the setting with the dedicated locking screw.

The Toni System .750″ Adjustable Gas Block is a high-precision mechanical component custom-engineered for shooters seeking absolute mastery over the cycling behavior of their AR15 / M4 rifle. Standard direct impingement rifles are frequently over-gassed from the factory, resulting in harsher felt recoil, accelerated internal component degradation, and unnecessary muzzle rise. This premium upgrade eradicates these performance bottlenecks by allowing you to meter the gas volume with micrometric accuracy.

CRITICAL COMPATIBILITY NOTICE: To accommodate the heavy-duty gas adjustment architecture, this component features a distinct structural profile. It is strictly not compatible with “Slim” or ultra-thin profile handguards. It is purpose-built to fit under standard-diameter handguard configurations with adequate internal clearance.

Installation & Tuning Instructions

Open the packaging with care. Product installation must be carried out by specialized personnel utilizing proper tools. Do not alter, modify, or tamper with any of the factory parts.

Recommended Equipment:

2.5 mm and 2 mm Allen keys
High-strength threadlocker

Mounting Workflow:

As the primary step, ensure that you have vertically aligned the “gas block port” with the geometric center of the barrel.
Once the gas block is slipped onto the barrel journal (.750″) and the gas tube is correctly seated, insert the “retaining pin”.
Proceed to tighten the “securing set screws” located on the bottom of the component. It is highly recommended to apply high-strength threadlocker to prevent loosening under heavy recoil vibrations.

Tuning & Calibration Procedure:

Completely close the front “adjustment screw”.
Open the “adjustment screw” by exactly 1/4 of a turn, then fire a single test round.
Continue with this exact methodology (opening by 1/4 turn and firing one round) until you reach the ideal functional benchmark: **getting the spent casing to eject at a distance of approximately 1.5 meters from the firearm.**
Once the perfect gas metering setup is achieved and validated, proceed to tighten down the dedicated “locking screw” to permanently anchor the adjustment screw in place.

Please Note & Maintenance: Over time and extended firing schedules, carbon fouling and gas residue buildup can constrict the internal gas port channel. Routine thorough cleaning is required, which may occasionally necessitate a minor realignment or adjustment of the tuning screw.
